Given our products are made upon order, we do not currently accept returns unless an item is damaged, defective, is the wrong item, delivered incorrectly or undelivered.
In any of these cases, contact us within 10 calendar days from item delivery date or expected delivery date.
If your item arrived damaged, defective or is the wrong item, include pictures of the item. This will help us correct your order faster.
To start a return contact us at hello@scenesfromablock.com and we’ll send you instructions on how to handle your return. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
